23rd Annual Business Skills Day, 1/13/12
BSD 23.... Complete!!!
The 23rd Annual Business Skills Day Conference took place on January 13, 2012 this year. We had 24 schools and over 550 participants! The conference ended with another huge success and we look forward to the 24th Annual BSD.
I would like to take the time to thank all of the directors for all of their hard work over the past serveral months in order to make this event possible. I also want to thank all of the volunteers for their time on Thursday and/or Friday helping to bring everything together. I would like to reach out and thank this year's sponsors for their help and support: Grand Canyon State Games, Arizona Credit Union and the W. P. Carey School of Buiness.
ASU Business Skills Day is a conference that is organized by ASU Phi Beta Lambda. The conference allows high school students to progress as leaders by participating in business related workshops, team-building activities, and over 25 different business and technology related competitions. The 23rd Annual ASU Business Skills Day was held on the main campus of ASU in Tempe, AZ. All events where held in the Memorial Union on Friday, January 13, 2012. This event draws top company sponsors, valley news crews, and hundreds of students from all across Arizona. It is an event that combines educational excellence, leadership, and ASU's spirit of community building. ASU Business Skills Day provides the perfect chance for FBLA students to prepare and get ready for all levels of competition. More details will be released as the date for the 24th Annual BSD draws near.
